A Ford Motor Co. product specialist, is driving the new model Mustang around the country in a 68-city road tour as part of Ford's "Take Back the American Road" promotional blitz to increase sales.
"Today's auto marketplace is more competitive than ever before," Lincoln Hill said in a news release. "We've gone from 'The Big Three' to 'The Big Six' carmakers and it's a global dogfight."
The new Mustang sports an eye-popping bright orange color and includes new features such as heated front seats, SIRIUS radio and a DVD-based navigation system.
In other cities on the tour, Ford will roll out more updated vehicles, such as a 2007 ethanol-powered F-150 pickup.
