Orbitcast.com has this ad from Daily Variety. If you recall back on October 27th FOX killed the FOX NEWS audio feed form SIRIUS, for an hour or so... We do know that on Dec 31, 2005 the current SIRIUS/FOX agreement ends. FOX and XM made a deal that XM will start up the FOX NEWS RADIO channel along with the FOX NEWS (TV) audio, starting in 2006. Is FOX and SIRIUS going to renew? Will the FOX NEWS (TV) audio still be on SIRIUS on Jan 1st? Today's ad puts some questions on that. I would think SIRIUS would do what they could to keep it on, but XM and Direct TV also made a deal to have XM music on Direct TV, and Rupert Murdoch owns both FOX NEWS and Direct TV.. We will have to see... there is no word from SIRIUS on this, but back on Oct 27th FOX made some comments that showed that their relationship with SIRIUS could be rocky..Read more at orbitcast.com

Good riddance I say.
Color me gone with Fox.
it's a piss poor attempt by xm...as usual...poor bastards can't DO anything....They just react to Sirius' moves....I'm surprised they don't have a "what you missed on Sirius today" channel!
As much as I personally don't care for Fox's right wing views, I'll have to admit, it would be a bad move for Sirius to lose them. On a sidenote, if they do, I wish they'd pick up MSNBC to replace them with.
I am a Democrat who enjoys Fox - I like hearing the independent and conservative views. I listen to Fox personalities on Sirius daily and would be extremely disappointed to lose this option. It would decrease my listening pleasure quite a bit and I believe it would cost Sirius as many potential subs as Stern provides, in other words, losing Fox would be a very bad business decision.
Fox can go to hell. Fair and Balanced wont be needed after 2006 anyway. It would be funny if they became Fair and balanced for Democrats once they take over the government.
