Update on my new Starmate Replay
Ok I got this thing on Friday, from CMA, and I was going to give it as a gift after I "tested" it. But after playing with it all weekend, I have fell in love with it. It has to be the best Sirius PNP yet. The display is just so nice, you can read it in any light. The artist S-Seek is also a new must have. The tone alert is also better, before the beep came out of the unit, and when you had your radio loud you could not hear the beep, now the tone is sent to your stereo with program audio, so you now hear it. You can turn the tone on/off as before, but I like it. So I'm going to give my Sportster Replay as the gift now, hey its for a kid, he should be happy with that! You can read my full review here
I also have to add this looks nice in a car.. very good looking radio!

Out of the box the S-Seek tone was coming out with the Audio. You really must have the Vol high to tell that it is doing this. The only setting is to turn the "Tone Conformation" on/off, under the settings menu.

I'm curious how the pause rewind works. Let's say you hit the pause, and leave it there for 45 minutes. When you hit play it will finish that song. Then does it dump you back into the live stream?, or will you perpretually be 45 minutes behind until you change the channel or power down?

It will only keep 44 min (music stations) more on talk due to lower bandwith of the talk stations. Once you fill up the "drive" it will cut off the front end, and keep from live backwards..

Can you post any pictures of the Starmate Replay as it actually looks installed in the car? I'm having trouble figuring out where I would mount it where it would be visible but not too intrusive. Thanks!
